Stars & Stripes Host collects the account details you type at signup and checkout (name, email, and billing address) so we can send invoices, password resets, and operate your game server. We use Brevo SMTP for mail. We do not sell that list.

The game panel (Pterodactyl) stores the email used to create your panel user when a paid order provisions a server. Discord is a community invite; we do not require Discord login for billing.
