Terms of Service
These terms apply to Stars & Stripes Host billing at billing.starsstripeshost.org and game servers on panel.starsstripeshost.org. We do not list a company registration number here because none is on file to cite.
What we sell
Game-server hosting (FiveM, Minecraft, and listed sim titles) on our US Wyoming node. Neon RP is a city we host, not the host brand.
Your content and keys
You must own or have a license for game files, resources, and CFX/Tebex keys you use. We do not copy CFX keys between cities. Bring your own key for a new FiveM server.
Acceptable use
No attacks on other networks, no cryptocurrency mining, no illegal content, no sharing other customers' data. We may suspend or terminate a service that breaks this.
Billing
Prices are USD per month unless marked otherwise. The Complimentary / Calvary plan is $0, hidden from the public catalog, and is not billed. Unpaid invoices may lead to suspend then terminate on the schedule shown in the billing admin settings. Card payments via Stripe are not enabled until keys are added; until then invoices are completed when staff marks them paid after you contact support.
